    Scorpion Clutch Hose

I'm looking for the rubber clutch hose at the slave. I have a new one that has the wrong female end. The female end matches the X1/9 but is otherwise the same as the Scorpion hose. I purchased the correct hose in the past, but can't recall where.

    Thanks, Mark

I JUST went through this! Ended up getting one custom made locally (Chuck's Brake and Wheel in Santa Rosa).

I also ordered a Dorman unit from Summit Racing (p/n H38116) and it arrived today (about a week after I needed it). And though I haven't installed it on the car it appears that it will work based on what I recall from my build. Sorry, my car isn't nearby at the moment so I can't go check.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dhb-h38116 (slow shipping because not in stock)

Could be worth a try for $10-12?

    Re: Scorpion Clutch Hose

Well, the Dorman hose is too short and both ends are the wrong size (10mm vs 12mm). Do you recall what Chuck's charged you to make a hose?

    Thanks

    Aw, crap. Sorry about that.

Chuck's charged us $59! Had no choice but to pay it and the hose fits fine (though a bit too long).

It's kind of a secret but I think you'll find that this will fit.

It just may take a bit for it to arrive.

Or you can get a new cylinder with the hose...

Don't worry about the quality. It's all good.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm pretty sure I got my last one from you,DJ, back in the day. Would be. Would be nice to know other Lada cross-references where applicable.

Most parts are FIAT 124 specific. Engines are SOHC so not a lot in that regard, either.

I've been buying lots of small parts from Ladapower. The best bargain has been fuse blocks for $8 & oil pressure gauge senders for $10. Plus they send chocolates with the order!
