    Lancia Delta Head Replacement! HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!

    Hi guys,
    I'm new to the forum and this is my first post but I need some help!
    I have a Lancia Delta 1.6 HF Turbo. Yesterday I had a guy come to fine tune the engine before the MOT, and to cut a long story short I need to do a head replacement as one cylinder was only reading at about 4bar or about 50psi.
    I have a spare head which is fully recon'd so it can go straight on. However does anyone here know the torque settings for the various bolts when refitting the new head? Also while stripping it I have realised the cam timing is ever so slightly out on one of the pulleys. Would this cause low pressure in one cylinder?
    All advice is welcome as I'm still learning everyday on these engines and I have a second Delta that needs a full resto after!
