    Maybe Hubert can answer this question.
    With regards to the A-arm bushes, how are they removed and installed? Are they hammered out with a long drift from the opposite side?
    Also, if I were to replace them, where would I find them?

    exactly. It is difficult to get hold of the inner edge of the bush with a drift. I cut/ground away the outside rubber and welded a massive washer to the metal rim. Then drove the bush out with short, hard beats.

    I have made PU bushes to replace the metal/rubber items. In case you are interested, send a pm. But maybe you have someone around to make them for you. The original parts are available here https://www.oldlanciaspares.com/flam...ng/chassis.php

    You should check the washers and the swing axles, too.
