    Thanks for the clarification, which makes a lot of sense. I've never really understood why Lancia used Solex--the works rally cars ran Dell'orto or Weber. But if Dell'orto wanted to produce an aftermarket replacement for the Fulvia, it makes sense that they'd make a DHL variant that would match the Solex barrel spacing and therefore fit the standard intake manifold.

    But as usual they are worth as much as some idiot with more sense than money will pay! However if all this pushes the value of Fulvia's up I am not complaining too much, that is until I have to replace a vital component…

    I can't see why a $4150 set of DHLA 45s would increase the value of all Fulvias. But you can always dream...
