Allen's car is IMO the nicest one out there- I hope he gets what he wants for it.
If he could only spell so that his description didn't sound like it was written by a Special Olympian.....
Egregious butchery of the language notwithstanding, it's an excellent car and Allen is a good seller to deal with.

I can attest to it's money well spent for any buyer that picks it up. That car is the cream of the US cars, like he says, NOTHING was left un-done and it shows it! I have seen it a few times in person and would own it now had it not been for this old house we bought instead of Allen's Scop, I actually tossed both around for a month before I decided a house in the country away from the perverts hasseling my 7 year old daughter at the time in the neighborhood we lived in was WAY more important

I just called the Lofland residence, spoke to Ms. Lofland. Enough
trophys, deserves an owner who will drive it as opposed to sitting,
reason for sale. I said hope you get the price, it's a beauty. Ms.
Lofland said it will likely sell to an overseas buyer [for that price] why
Allen included all the port-of-departure stuff. So there's the skinny .
That is an absolute peach of a car !
Reminds me of someone I know - as in 'drop dead gorgeous'.
(and no hope of driving her either . . . ).

Some of you may not be aware that Ms Lynette Lofland does most of the interiors of their restorations and they are show/museum quality. And I suppose while we are at it Allan's car was the reason that I developed a WHOA brakes kit for the Scorpion. When he heard I was doing the 124 Spider he said that he needed more braking with lower pedal pressure so Lynette could drive it. He was my beta test partner and the rest is history. I sure hope some International customer takes advantage of the rate of exchange and buys it.

If he had just painted it a correct color...
I do feel compelled to note that I'm certain that the mileage listed on the eBay ad is mileage since completing the restoration, NOT actual mileage on the chassis. However, since virtually EVERYTHING was rebuilt/replaced on the car and it really is an essentially new car again, I feel it's perfectly reasonable to list the mileage since resto.
