It is tough to let go of. I wanted to take it with me, but it just isn't a good idea.
All the Cicognani rubber, spare wheels, bushings, carbs, bulbs etc took a lot of work to accumulate.

    Hopefully it's appreciated by someone.

I'm tempted...so very tempted. I have a 67 1.3 but in much worse shape. No way I could get it like yours for that $. Same color/interior and even has dellortos.
I notice that you show some rough stuff around the left rear arch. Repaired rust? Any other issues regarding rust. Mine has issues very similar to Tadrraugh's (sp?)

Beautiful car .. I have a '66 1.2 coupe and paid $15K for it .. (possibly too much, but I wanted a Fulvia real bad) So this seems like a steal ! Perhaps you can leave the car with a friend in WA and try to sell it on the Bring a Trailer site - there seems to be an audience there that appreciates vintage sports cars and the auction format might allow for a higher price? Just trying to think of a way for you to uphold the value of the work you put into this Fulvia. But I guess if it sells to someone in the Lancisti community, all is not lost. Best wishes.

Bring a trailer wanted a ridiculously low reserve.
In selling off my collection, I've been happy with Facebook, word of mouth and forums.
I also don't think a potential buyer should be barred from inspection.
My last sale on their site was extremely disappointing, very little discussion on a very rare car and few bids. I'm offering this at a VERY fair price. Please tell your friends. Thanks!

As a regular participant on Bring a Trailer, I don't blame anyone for not wanting to try to sell a Fulvia there; their results haven't been impressive

Thanks Ed, at least now I don't think it's just me.
My last sale on there of a Fiat Campagnola (on Consignment with a dealer) didn't generate much interest or bidding. I was quite surprised since it was the first soft top offered for sale in the US.

Anyone who has questions please feel free to call me 760-218-5811.

And by the way I have 2 Bosch batteries in the impossible to find correct size I brought over last year that I've been maintaining, if anyone needs one and is near the Seattle area.

If only....I bought an S2 in early July from Italy but if I'd have seen this I would have driven 2 hours down the I5 and saved about $5,000 in freight. Very nice car and you have priced it quite reasonably, good luck.

This link should show some pictures taken today. They start after the ones you have seen, so scroll down.
That hazy spot on the hood wiped off with some speedshine.
Note the ridiculous amount of parts, rubber, hoses, brake pads galore, filters, gaskets, points etc. Preheat tube and exhaust mount, extra shift lever, extra dash panel, extra wheels, original steering wheel, solex carbs, blah blah blah.
Pics show working trunk and underhood light, more detail on flaws, and rust free undercarriage.
I'll take more once I get it on a lift.

I'm glad that I am not the only one that is not impressed by BAT. Bad cars sell for to much and good cars sell for to little. I'm getting ready to sell a series 2 fulvia Zag and watching others like yours. GLWTS and I hope it does well

Well, of course since someone was coming to look at it, the generator light came on. 3 years driving around, no problem. Got it out, specialist looking it over. Hopefully stick it back in this week!
