Where can I find correct hose clamps?

I want my '72 1600 HF to be as original as possible. All the hoses came with non-original stainless ones that you tighten with a philips screwdriver—and they look very wrong. I’m actually not positive what the original ones looked like, and would be grateful for a picture—and for a source where I can buy them.

Were they cotter pin type clamps? Used on MB at the time, just make sure you get the right width. Plating might be different too.Cotter Pin Type Hose

    Clamp - 19mm Diameter x 5mm width

From pictures I’ve seen, those look like the correct type. Anyone corroborate that?

please let me know if you think of it. There's a Greek gentleman named 'Alex' who sometimes sells Fulvia on Bring a Trailer. I wonder if it might be he.

And to extend the advice, what were the original clamp used on the fuel lines and, where fitted, the vacuum hoses?

Re: Where can I find correct hose clamps?

I have been restoring a 1984 Lada Niva 4x4 recently, a completely different beast from my Fulvia Hf and besides the fact that almost every part can still be bought the part prices are ridiculously low when compared to every other car I had to get parts for. I also found out that Lada still uses these sardine tin hose clamps. They use the same widths lancia used. One for big bore water hoses and a smaller one for heater hoses and vacuum hoses. And for prices considerably cheaper than either the price of the shop in the link supplied by Geoff or the Vespa clamps. I ordered a bunch of them and they are exactly the same as the Lancia's.

    Cheers,

    William

    Great tip William

When i point on the Picture of the clamps it comes up aparts number and the text: Retaining strap and a number, 20, 25, 40, etc. Is this the nominal diameter of each clamp??

    Cheers

    Tor
