    Color code

Hi, I recently purchased 1975 1.3S, the car has some kind of brown metallic color with light green upholstery, can someone help me with tracing the original color of this car? The chassis number is 818630068427

    Tnx

    Re: Color code

It would have been a Fulvia 3 not a 1.3S..... I think there is a colour chart in the downloads.

    Re: Color code

Unless there’s still a paint code sticker present (or some forensic investigation), there’s no way to truly know the car’s original color. For the Fulvia ‘3’ there were two metallic browns: bronzo Ascot met. (Glasurit LAN 236) and bronzo Windsor met. (Glasurit LAN 243). As Tim says, color charts are in the 'Downloads' section.

The only place you'll find the original color name is the paint code tag, which is usually missing. It's not on the chassis plate.

Thank you Ed, if it is still existing then where can I exactly find it?

S1 is usually in the glove box. I believe the S2 is usually in the trunk (boot).

Thank you Ajma11, I'll try to look but as I recall I don't remember encountering such a sticker.
