    Re: LED taillights

I've had great luck with the modern LEDs in my boat and on other cars. Hadn't thought about it on the Fulvia.
I think it's a great idea, but there are a lot of junk LEDs out there.
    Good luck with...

Re: Cromodora wheels gold colour code?

I'm thinking about painting my 5.5 13 Campagnolos gold when I respray my S1 1.3s in what I hope is the correct original Turchese Mereweld. I'm sourcing the paint from Max Meyer in Italy. The original...

Re: Cromodora wheels gold colour code?

Did they ever paint the Campagnolos gold on the HF works cars?

    Re: ignition switches

I'd look for some used S1 door locks instead. Ask some of our reputable suppliers and get the right parts instead of switching out the super cool S1 ignition switch.

Re: steel rims; diameter centre hole?

Just wanted to add a bit of oddity to this thread for posterity and future searches.
    I have a 68 and a 70 S1 Rallye S.
My 68 came with S2 wheels slapped on, very not good. My 70 came with 5.5J13...

    Re: S1 Steel wheels

I put Bridgestones on my 68 Rallye S newly powder coated steelies. They aren't like the 165R13 XAS on my 70 with the Campys, but they look good. Simon at Longstonetyres.co.uk recommended over the...

    Re: Fulvia seat brackets/adapter

I've purchased a spare shift lever and am going to try bending an S in it to clear my knee. I'm also about to try a smaller steering wheel. I'll report back.

    Re: 1971 1600 HF Corsa

Might I be correct that the Lusso has the front fender cutout for the bumper support and the Corsa doesn't?
Are the fender flares bigger on the Corsa?

    1971 1600 HF Corsa

How does one discern the difference between a Lusso and a Corsa? Any way to tell if a car was actually a Corsa from the factory, not a Lusso that was later modified?

    Re: Fulvia berlina 1C

    Looks like Ottanio Arcadia.
I no longer think that 1.3S is actually Turchese Mereveld.
But I could be wrong. These blues and greens are tricky!

    Re: S1 Fulvia - 13" tyres

    Re: Oil be damned

Cleaning the sump sounds good but labor intensive. If you have any oil leak there you could double your pleasure so to speak. If not, I'd just put a half qt of ATF or Seafoam in, drive it around for...
