    i didn't know s2 were so different.
that arm will need to come off before the joint will come out of it's seat for sure.

    Re: Removing S2 lower wishbones

i'm sure the cap is just rusted in place. the nuts are the only thing holding it in position. i also doubt you can separate the arm from the ball joint while still seated in the taper. i won't say...

  6. Re: A question for those of you who know about electric motors

hopefully running it in for a while will restore it's functionality.
using improper grease can cause too much stiction for the motor to start easily. i use a lightweight product from kluber for...

    Re: Going nuts

    Re: 50th anniversary restoration

if you can't find the right codes for the cam cover i'm sure a good paint supply house can scan it and come up with a very good match. then you can have it formulated in almost any paint type you...

    Re: Removing S2 lower wishbones

those m6 nuts are for holding the rubber seal on as well as being a safety to retain the ball joint. the arm isn't going to just pop off without a struggle. you'll need to undo the top nut and use a...

Re: What tyres? S2 1600 Zagato on 6" Cromadoras

i think this has been done, but the fulvia relies on the taller sidewall as part of the suspension. low profile tires will make the ride too harsh for most people.

    Re: bleeding Appia brakes

appia brakes are very simple really. and the plunger makes it easy to bleed with only one person. first though, when replacing the master it should be bled before installation. you will lose some...

Re: fuel pressure regulator, and fast idle

Re: Two quick steering wheel questions.

it's been my experience that most aftermarket wheels take the same pattern so you really have a wide selection to choose from. i'm running a 360mm momo right now and i don't really find the steering...

i think you'll be happy with that size. you should be able to get a pair of carb bodies in that one. it's amazing how reasonably priced these are now. i may move my small one on and up-size when i...

    Re: Interesting air box

i was looking at that very thing the other day. you could actually split the plenum into two sections to cover both tasks as it's fairly large. ( it is on my sport anyway.)

hard to tell from the picture but it looks like the offset is all wrong.
i've never seen that wheel before but it seems like it would look out of place on a fulvia.
