  6. Re: Lancia Fiat Alfa Suspension Compatibility

    Hi,

    Re: Bellhousing removal / dismantling

Hi Brian, just as an update, as it turns out, you do have to partially dismantle the gearbox to get the casing off. On the Dedra Turbo gearbox, there is a part of the gearchange mechanism that is...
  9. Re: Lancia Fiat Alfa Suspension Compatibility

    Hi Daniel,

Finally got the Dedra back on the road after having to do far more work than I originally intended. To cut a long story short, back in July I grounded the car yet again due to the...

    Re: Bellhousing removal / dismantling

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for the reply. I have already removed the diff housing which has the speedo sensor so I think that's ok, and also, when the diff cover is removed you can just lift the whole diff...

  18. Re: Lancia Fiat Alfa Suspension Compatibility

    Re: Lancia Dedra 1.6 16V from 8V

I used to own a 1994 Dedra with the 1.6 engine (and Cat). I always considered its performance to be pretty good for a 1.6 engine that had 180000 miles on the clock. It could definitely hold its own...
