    spring is between a lug on the pedal and another on the pedals group mounting. Hard to see, got to go really below the dash to see it. Similar for clutch

    Switch in the radiator is with a copper crush washer. Can't say about the switch in the water pump. That position was actually used only very briefly

    Temp sensor is without washer. Screw in rather tight till you can't turn any further with reasonable force. Seals itself, slightly conical thread.

    It should be a washer- copper or fibre. The thread is a parallel metric thread not a tapered pipe thread. There are two alternative positions for the

    Hi the fan switch is at the bottom of the radiator but I think it’s a good call about the sealer. I’ll do some research into the most appropriate.

  • Adding photos to a forum post

    Here's a quick tutorial on how to add photos to a forum post.

    There are two ways to add photos to a forum post but neither is necessarily very intuitive.

    The first method is to insert pictures directly into the text area of the post.

    First, click on the icon shown in this graphic:

    Then click the "From Computer" tab, click "Choose File", select the file to upload, then click "Upload File(s)". It may not appear to be doing anything for a moment but give it time to complete.

    The other way to attach files is to scroll down below the text entry box to the "Additional Options" area and click the "Manage Attachments" button.

    Then select the files you wish to attach, click the upload button. Once the file(s) have been uploaded, click "Close this window".
