Does anyone know if the late beta rack and pump are the same as the early 8v Delta integrale?

The Beta Volumex power steering pump is the same as Delta HF4WD, Integrale 8v and Integrale 16v. You learn something every day.

The ordinary Beta PAS pump is not used on Deltas and neither are the steering racks.

This was done by matching part numbers, a matching part number indicates the part is identical. If the part numbers are not the same its a different part, *but* you don't always know if the part is only slightly different and could be use or completely different and impossible to use. You'd need both parts in front of you to compare closely to know that.

Thats good news, not sure what the difference is between the two pumps, when I swapped the engines I think the volumex used a slightly longer flexible. I'm sure(or should that be hope) other parts are interchangeable.

I wonder how a Beta coupe integrale would work out, knowing that I would be shot at dawn for the crimes against betas I might just shut up on that one.
