With our rainy season here in the Bay Area now within sight, I'm getting serious about winterizing the Fulvia.
My main concern, and the subject of this request for info, is the poor fit and seal of the driver's side door glass. When fully closed, the rear corner of the window has a 1/4"+gap between the glass and the rubber surround both vertically and horizontally.
The door itself closes well, the rubber surround is new (from the previous owner). The flocking within the tracks is worn but looks servicable.
I've taken the door inner panel off to explore, and it appears to me that the only adjustments are via two screws which hold each of the window tracks to the door. Fiddling with these had no apparent effect.
Has anyone faced this issue? Have I missed an adjustment point? Do I have a bent window track? Or is there some clever use of shims or some other alchemy that can fix the fit?
Thanks!

p.s. Last month I took the Fulvia on the ninth running of the California Melee, a 3 day, 50 car rally for pre-1975 cars which started in San Francisco and went up almost to the Oregon border and back down the California coast, on some great roads (including some dirt sections). The Fulvia was the only Lancia in the event and performed flawlessly. I've posted some pics from this to the Gallery; more are at: www.fulviacam.phanfare.com.
