I have been wanting to find a way to change the air box to route cold air into the intake for better combustion. Has anyone come up with a system for the EFI models? I know a few more ponies can be had by using colder air. For example, my Continental O-200 engine normally uses cold air with a heated air source as an alternate. The differance in power is dramatic. Even after manually leaning the mixture to account for the warm air I still loose about 10-15% power.
Any thoughts?
