Beta Coupe Sunroof Drain?

So, I finally got rid of the 25 year old rubber on the Beta and could take it
for a proper drive, and I got a nasty surprise. We've had a very wet winter, and when I moved the car, a bunch of water came pouring through the sunroof opening, onto me in the drivers seat.

I'm assuming that:
1) the sunroof is supposed to be waterproof, and the seal isn't holding, or
2) the sunroof isn't meant to be waterproof, but the drain is blocked.

Help?

there are drain holes that allow water to drain into tubes and down into the sills try blowing them through with an airline

I have had a similar thing happen to me, never park it facing down hill when it's raining, the drains aren't any good if the water can't reach them. I came back to find the passenger seat soaking wet. Just another thing to keep in the back of your mind.
