I took the Fulvia to a gathering of under 1500cc cars in North Phoenix, Arizona yesterday along with some Italian car friends. As you can see from the attached photo, it looks pretty good among the British stuff (which was cool too). Note the Fiat 600 "Elaborata" in front with the owner expounding on its blistering power.:D

Arno,
It's just stunning. Blu Lancia is a truly great color for the car.

Thanks Ed. Coming from you that means a lot. The photo flatters the car somewhat, but it always elicits nice comments from people who see it. AFAIK, that is the same paint that the car wore when you were looking at the car in SoCal before you bought yours. I have just spent a lot of time with the clay and polish over the last 3 years...

The paint was fine when I saw it (which was actually as far back as July 2006), but the level of care makes a difference.

Thanks for the compliments. Still lots of stuff to improve on it, but I'm just enjoying driving it for now. Next event for the car is the 150th anniversary of the Italian nation celebration at the Arizona Italian American club on June 4th. The other Lancia scheduled to be on hand is a very original Fulvia GT Berlina. I'll post photos.

You mean Eric's GT. Lovely car; it'll make a great pair.

Yup, that would be it. He was over at my house this weekend and told me that he is trying to get his Fulvia 3 back on the road again.
