Very nice car Brian.
If only I had the money
I must say, I think it looks nicer in it`s "Marlboro" livery
Love the dust kicking picture!

We have discussed these cars before. Apparently, they are on the market at about €150,000. Pity, I did not win the Christmas lottery draw!

It's been on the market for several years, along with its sister car that took 2nd on the '72 San Remo and remains in Marlboro livery.
On a related topic, I wonder what will become of Gino Macaluso's collection, which includes a works Fulvia.

I think he had one of pretty much every competition lancia going. I've got a Motor Sport article from the mid '90's where they tested some of his collection - Fanalone, Stratos', 037, S4, integrale - all ex-works. Good taste!

August 2007 MotorSport. An amazingly comprehensive group of rally cars. He also had the 124 Abarth that he co-drove with Rafaelle Pinto to the European championship. It's idle speculation, though, as the cars will probably stay with his son Stefano.
Between the collection and his work with G-P, it was definitely a case of good taste. And he was yet another architect with Lancias...

I was lucky enough to get a private tour of Macaluso's collection in October, thought I had gone to heaven!
He had just about the complete set of Lancia from the Fulvia onwards (which I have to say I spent much time investigating closely), X19 Prototipo Snorkle, Stratos, 037, 2 x S4s, a full set of works Integrales including a safari, LC1, LC2, Montecarlo Turbo, Bizzarini, Miura, etc etc etc!!!!!
Short highlight list includes: Fiat 124 Sport Spider 1600 Gino co-piloted to the European Championship; the Abarth 124; a Fiat 131 Rallye Abarth; BMC Mini Cooper 1300 Rally; a Lotus Ford Cortina and Ford Escort RS; Stratos; Fulvia HF 1600 Fanalone; Group B 037 Rallye; DeltaS4; the Audi Quattro driven by World Rally Champion Stig Blomquist; the Fiat Abarth X1/9 prototype piloted by Clay Regazzioni, Imacculate Aston Martin DB5 Superleggera, Ferrari 275 GTB, Ferrari F40, Bizzarini Strada, Mercedes 300 SL, Lamborghini Miura SZ, Lancia Beta Montecarlo Turbo, Group B LC1 Spider and Group C LC2 closed prototype; 1979 Ligier JS11; Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 1 – 'Club Italia' no15.
Shame if the collection gets split up but many of the cars rarely saw the light of day, the 037 was leaking oil everywhere as they simply had too many cars to maintain properly with such a small (but very dedicated) crew.

Sounds like a brilliant trip! The stuff I've got from a mid '90's MotorSport showed what a collection he had then, did he let you take any photos?

Neil,
Apparently MotorSport did that feature twice (can't say I blame them). I'd be interested in finding out which '90s issue that was, if you get a chance.

No photos I'm afraid they have had problems in the past with people copying chassis numbers etc; so they politely asked us not to bring cameras into the warehouses. The least we could do as they opened everything up to us and the chief mechanic gave us a detailed tour of each car ;)

Could you draw some pictures then :D
I understand the concern, last year I was able to see a private jaguar collection with two Le Mans winning cars amongst others (mostly v. valuable). Similar rules applied.
