Scorp. EGR Magnet Valve

My Scorp is "de-smogged". Am cleaning up wiring. Engine compt.,
right side has what appears to be a vacumn valve. Green wire w/
white stripe, black w/violet stripe. Do I reconnect the wires or
leave them hang free? There are no vacumn hoses connected.

Remove the valve and remove or hide the wiring.
