Well, clutch changed, all electrics sorted (dashboard out job!), down to MoT and she failed on front near-side wheel bearing play (o/s some movement but less so).

Anybody got a source for SKF 633032A and FAG 510917B bearings and the special tools needed?

Dimensions are: 96 OD, 45 ID X 34.*Other numbers : 12053C(RIV) 614110B(RIV) 614410B(SKF) 633032(RIV) 12053C(RIV).

Hopefully it can be done in next 10 working days to avoid more MoT fees!

Bearings are NLA. Your best bet if you need one quikly is to ask Omicron but I haven't seen them for less that £100 each for a long time. You may be lucky and find the large clamping screw just needs tightening. Can't help with the tools as mine are lent out. If you do get it out take it to bits and repack with grease. If the cage is not damaged it will probably still be servicable.

I had Omicron Change one two years ago and the bearing cost £120 then, but I've seen them on ebay recently for 180 euros, considering how huge and heavy this bearing is, I'm not surprised at the cost.
If you are a Lancia Motor Club Member, then look in the back of Viva Lancia, under useful addresses, special tools, as they can be borrowed from the Club. if not I'm pretty sure Omicron will also loan out the tools for a hefty deposit and a fee.
don't know if you are aware but Omicron won't even give a cost for the job due to each one is different in time taken, if your lucky it's a quick job, or unlucky like I was, it took many hours, plenty of heat application with much grunting and groaning and a huge length of tube as a lever to undo the nut. and consequently a hefty bill!

Remember you can recondition bearings. People like the Vintage Bearing Company would do it.

Google "Vintage Bearing company" he has done some crazy unobtainable bearings for me in the past.
