So it looks like the front struts on my coupe have basically seized so getting that sorted is my next project. I believe at one time they were rebuilt, I know some of them can be rebuilt. Any thoughts on the best way to go on servicing them or replacing them?
Does anyone actually have new struts in stock? Can you still get Koni's or Bilstens?
Any advice and pointers to folks that can supply the parts would be really appreciated.
(By the way, the struts kept me from taking my Beta to an Italian car gathering Sunday, I would have been the only Lancia and would have gotten a trophy. How can there be so few Lancia's in the Seattle area? :-( )

Try the Beta Boyz here (http://www.lanciabetaparts.co.uk/).
There are lots of Lancias in the Seattle area. They must be shy.

Yea, like DJ said, lots of Lancias in that area, weird no others showed up????? even my old 81 Coupe lives out there now, hum.....
So far as struts, IAP gets them in from time to time, if they are out of stock, you can ask to be put on a list for when they get in another shipment. Watch eBay, check with Matt and Marn at Bayless-MidWest in Columbus, check with BetaBoyz etc....and post a parts wanted ad in the classified section here

Andrew at Omicron has front and rear struts in stock and at reasonable prices. Last set of rears I purchased from them and was very pleased. Ordered the struts from Omicron in the UK on Friday and they were at my door in Pennsylvania via Fedex on Monday. You won't find any struts for a Beta on this side of the pond. Andrew at Omicron is the guy you want to ask. He likely only has the complete sealed replacement strut units, not inserts.
Here is the inquiry form. (http://omicron.uk.com/enquiry.html)

I see them come up pretty often on eBay. I think they go pretty cheap, too.
Did you ask Ray at Performance Apex? He may have a set in his 'stash' of parts.

Early or Late? Are they stock, or one of the aftermarkets?
Early stock units are rebuildable. You may be able to do yourself. Late stock units are not. Konis are rebuildable (complete struts, not inserts) by the factory and some others, the inserts just get the insert replaced. I see all of the above available from time to time.
Bilsteins I haven't seen much for a while. My parts car had some. One of them may need rebuilding. not sure if that's possible. I could hunt around for them if you're really interested. Let me know.
