View Full Version : Lancia gets a bit more recognition...

Not the best photos but look who got invited to display at the big Denver International Auto Show this week. :cheers: It's doesn't quite compare to some of the REALLY big new car shows but it's pretty big in these parts.

I didn't want to say anything until we were actually there but I took Lucia down to the Colorado Convention Center today for her first real outing under the "big lights".

All of you Colorado Lancisti here should come down this week and say hello. I won't be there with her all the time but the little lady always loves attention. :)

Congrats!

Looks very sharp, and, as Ed says, better than when it came from the showroom.

One other thought: I'm glad that I'm not trying to interest the public in a modern car anywhere in the vicinity of this 'un.

Congrads D.J., we all know your Scorp deserves prominent display.
I still have a "thing" about that cowl mounted antenna w/that base-
plate as opposed to an "A" pillar mount. I'll get over it. 1ST time I
saw the REAL, stock Carello wiper blade arms. That's great!

With 80s cars expected to see prices rise as buyers look for the next affordable future classics its not hard to see the Montecarlo/Scorpion attracting a lot more interest...its never been a car I have been that drawn to but the more i see of them, the more they are growing on me, particularly when they look as good as this one does.
