These are cool and will look perfect for a resto and no one will want to steel it because it looks original. (scroll near the bottom)

They look great, but my biggest problem with my Fulvia series 1 2c Berlina, is that the speaker sits in the centre of the facia alongside the radio and is oval, I've been searching for years, and while there are people who can fit new internals in my old radio, no one ever seems to consider a replacement for the original oval speaker, and I cannot find a replacement.
One further thought, is it possible to replace the material that vibrates as this is torn?

Thanks Neil,
I'll have to take a photo of my speaker as it tapers off more at the ends and I don't think the ones shown will actually fit.

I would think as long as you mount the new speaker behind the old grille, it won't matter if it isn't an exact match?
Also, for a shaft-mount radio with modern amenities, these have been showing up on eBay lately:

Not as old-style in appearance as the one above, but appears to be more convenient for just plugging in a USB stick or SD card to play mp3s.

I must get the speaker from the loft and take a photo of it, there is only room behind the speaker grille to fit the right size and shape speaker, everything else I've seen so far is too big + the speaker only has 1 fixing hole (large) either end, this then fits over the raised boss of the bolt that is on the back of the facia panel for this purpose.
