Hello Lancisti,
I have bought my first lancia and will probably need some help and advice to get it back up and on the road again.
It is a Fulvia Berlina S2 1972 that has been sat in a leaky garage for 25 years with the plugs out of the engine.
I have so far stripped and rebuilt the engine with new rings, had the corrosion in the head alloy welded and machined and put it back together.
She ran OK but the water pump leaked so new water pump ordered.
I have just started the structural stuff, inner and outer sills, subframe mounts etc etc...
It has been a local car for most of its life, mostly in the Dorset area UK and now with me in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.
I will post pictures of the rebuild as it goes on and people can hopefully point me in the right direction.

My first car was an S2 saloon. Did many miles in it - a great car! There's quite a few LMC members with Fulvias and such around you.

Looking forwards to seeing the photos, not often you see photos of a saloon in bits.
