Just a quick note to let everyone know that our new Midwest Bayless website and on-line store is up and running.You can access it at http://www.midwest-bayless.com (http://www.midwest-bayless.com/)
In addition to our full X1/9 inventory, we also have 11 other Fiat and Lancia model lines being supported by this new site as well. At the current time, Beta, Scorpion, and interchange Stratos items are being supported. Apologies to the vintage and euro Lancia crowds...
You can browse by category, as well as search by Fiat Part Number, Keyword, or 1997-later Bayless catalog number for the items that are available at any given time. We're plowing inventory into all areas of the store daily, but only a fraction of the Beta and Scorp stuff we have available is on-line at the moment. We have the contents of many a parted out Zagato, Coupe, HPE, and Scorpion that will be cataloged. This will remain a major work-in-progress for the next few months, but changes will be visible daily and weekly.
Seamless and complete search functions are also a continuing effort which will take several months to get all of our inventory records updated with OEM part numbers and Bayless catalog info. We estimate there are at least 30,000 OEM part numbers that could potentially be cataloged and searched over time. If you can't find an item with a precise search, you can still browse to zero in on what you're looking for, and if you still can't find what it, give us a call at 1-800-241-1446 or drop an email to parts@midwest-bayless.com, we're happy to help.
Lastly, a lot of technical descriptions and illustrations will be added to the store categories, particularly in parent categories that have subcategory selections.
