Rear upper bumper cover 75-78 Beta

Rear upper bumper cover for 1975-1978 Lancia Beta Coupe or HPE. Part number
82319870.

I would prefer new but used is ok if in excellent condition. The original's
metal is rusting underneath the rubber coating....See photo.

Charley the only steel on a Beta bumper is the poorly gal-
vinised corrugated faceplate on the bumper & the struts.
Excepting screws & such. If it's lifting the rubber then the
alum. bumper is porous, corroded, etc.. Normally starts
@ the bumper tips which have the least protection. Then
travels inward. Sometimes from the middle? Guy on E-Bay
has bumpers, might check that out. Those Beta 5 MPH alum.
bumpers that came here? Poor design, corrision prone. Hope
it's nothing too serious. Hope this helps.

You may have misunderstood what part I am in need of,these TOP BUMPER COVERS were only used on 75 to 78 USA spec Betas.
The top bumper cover is a piece of sheet steel with a rubber coating.The metal inside has rusted and expanded resulting in the wavy/bubbling appearance of the rubber. I have previously removed this part from the car and cut open the rubber on the bottom of the cover with my cut-off wheel and removed as much of the rusting steel from inside as possible,and replaced it with aluminium sheet. I have already replaced the front bumper cover which was starting to "delamninate" from the inside also.
The main aluminum bumpers are in perfect condition.
