Has any experence of making there own Air chamber( carcoon) ?

It's a storage "bubble" with a fan at one end and vents at the opposite end. You drive the car onto it, flip the covering bubble over, zip or fasten it around the base, and plug in the fan.

They're designed for long-term storage in areas of high humidity and/or low temperature. In principle, the airflow evaporates moisture (and raises the dew point), thus preventing condensation, and the resulting corrosion.

It shouldn't be difficult to make your own. If you're going to leave the car in all winter, you don't need zippers or special fasteners. You could get by with a simple plastic tarp, some duct tape, and a small fan. If the garage has no power source, you can use a 12V fan running off an alternating pair of car batteries; one in use, while the other charges in the house, swapped once a month or so.
