Can anybody help me identifying the origin of a Fiat/lancia cilinderhead as fitted to a spare engine I have sitting in the garage?
The casting is nr 4194059.

If this is a DOHC engine, then there's no exact matches for that particular casting ID/part number according to this reference:

However, the number starting in 419 suggests it could be an early 1400cc head... :confused:

I'm quite sure it is a 125 1400c head. Albeit fitted with twin IDFs. Were they ever offered for the 1400 engine?
