Looks very clean. Something's a little odd, though. I can understand why it might have the wrong wing mirror, but why does it have an S2 console and shifter?

Hopefully Coys checks the autenticity of the cars they offer for auction...
But I'm intregued by the note about new CN36 Pirelli cinturato tires being fitted. Are they still for sale? I would like a set.

Given this is so near the final production Fanalone, and according to the TAV's the last 300 odd were fitted with the S2 gearbox, it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that some had the S2 tunnel fitted as well. It's not in the TAV's but that wouldn't be a first !
The rest of it (from what can be seen) looks Fanalone to me.
I wouldn't be too sure on Coys (or any of the auction houses) being that rigorous - I'm sure they try but cars do slip through. There was a "Fanalone" a few years ago that wasn't and if you believe AlfaBB it would seem every GTA has a twin :D
As ever - do your own research.

[I've re-edited this post to correct it, based on a private correction by Neil, as I don't want spurious information being passed off--least of all by me]
Early Fanalone gearboxes are so uncommon, that any later replacement of a gearbox would probably substitute one of the other S2 5-speed types. This appears to have been the case wiith my own car. Mine, being number 871, should (by the parts catalogue) have a 'piggyback' 'box, 818.540, but it's 818.612, which suggests it was replaced with an S2 'box at some point. But it retains what seems to be an early style all-black 5-speed shift knob. It's one of several mysteries that I'm running across in the course of restoring the subframe and suspension.
All of which is to point out that variants exist and that, with Fanalones, later replacement of mechanical components may well involve changes to later spec. None of which suggests that it's not genuine. As always, you'd want to check the cowl stamp and all the other little details that separate the Fanalones from the other S1s, on the one hand, and the later S2s, on the other.
I'd want to see more interior shots of the Coy's car; as I mentioned earlier, it appears to have the S2 console, instead of the S1. A trim change wouldn't be unusual, but the S2 console also contains the fuse box, whereas the S1 cars have the fuse box under the glove box. Perhaps only the trim parts were fitted to the Coy's car, but appears odd from what little we can see in the photos.
It'll be interesting to see how it does at the sale.
And I noticed the distinctive CN36 tread pattern in the phots before I read the description. I, too, can only find these available in 15". I have no idea how they managed to source them.

I know the TAVs show a different gear knob but most I have seen have the blue topped. Mine is, as is 1142 on Viva Lancia. Looking through my many photos I can only find two with a black gear knob (one being yours).

Just the console trim piece from an S2--no issue.
