I never really noticed until I started shopping for a gasket kit that the 1.8 / 2.0 and carb / EFI engines may vary slightly. With this in mind I was wondering if there was a single gasket kit that would work on my combination.
I have a 2L block and it will use an earlier (pre-EGR) 1.8L head and I will be using Dual downdrafts...
Is there a single solution as far as gasket kits go? or should I buy a certain kit and buy specifics to complete it?
Also, DJ, have you considered an engine forum? Either general topics or specific as needed?
