I have a problem with the metal fuel pressure regulator in my Volumex system - membranes are destroyed and the whole stuff is leaking. I already know that it's possible to seek solution with different fuel pump, but perhaps there is source for new element or some kind of replacement closer to the original ? Or anybody got rid of it ?

I don't know if it's much help but I got rid of mine when I fitted a 45 DCOE to my VX, and never had any trouble with too much fuel making it to the carb. But if you're running a standard set up it may let too much fuel through, don't know. So the best thing you can do is get rid of the regulator AND fit a DCOE.

Thanks, I'll appreciate that. For now I will try how it's running without it, as people say.

You can increase pressure via restrictor in return line.

I understand I should rather care about decreasing the pressure ....
