Anybody know if these guys have suffered in the current economy? I sent in some belts I ordered for my Alfetta GT to exchange back in July, haven't heard anything from them since despite repeated contact attempts. I was going to order belts for the Beta next, but not if they're unable to fulfill orders...

Not trying to trash a vendor, just want to figure out what my next steps are, and wondering if any of you know more than I do...

Make sure your spam filter isn't deleting or putting their email response into a junk mail folder. Or try contacting them from a different email account.

Thanks, Charley. I've had correspondence with them in the past, so unfortunately that's not a likely cause. But since I don't really have any other options, I'll try them from another email account.

Well, what do you know... looks like their email provider was blocking stuff from hotmail. I got through, they apologized, and it looks like things are moving forwards. Just something to keep in mind when you're dealing with online vendors, I suppose!

Good to hear you made contact about the missing seat belts. They should get their provider to fix the Hotmail bug though !
