Thema 8.32 on Craiglist in Wa state USA

Not used to seeing one of these over here. There is a maroon Thema 8.32 on Craigslist in the Ballard area of Seattle Wa USA that the guy has listed for $5,500 however he says he has no title. Car was listed on 08-30-09. The single photo of the car isn't the greatest and the background sure doesn't look like anywhere around this part of the country + the car has some type of foreign plate on the front. :scratch:
