Stratos part pricing!?!?
Well if he gets $3474 for a Stratos Starter Motor, his muffler clamps look like a bargain.

Very similar but not identical. But, more to the point, do we really care that he's asking a whole $6? Instead of $3 plus tax? C'mon guys.

not quite but nearly but some Italians like to have everything just so down to the last detail a few stratos parts seem expensive though when they look like Beta or fulvia flavia parts to me!

Agreed Ed,
And I believe he should sell his items at whatever price he wants to,that's his business. I was just pointing out the item he was selling as a "trans filter" appears to be a common fuel filter. And I'm certain there are sellers on ebay that would sell the same filter for much more. The muffler clamp is still quite a head scratcher though.

If the muffler clamp has a Lancia part number stamped on it, then I could understand someone who's doing a high-level restoration on a $200k Stratos splashing out the princely sum of $18 (w/ shipping) for a correct, stamped part. I'm not sure I'd bother, but it's not as ludicrous as this thread seems to suggest.
