I would like to change my stock steering wheel on my 81 beta coupe to a modern MOMO. Does anyone know if a MOMO hub for a fiat 124 or spider 2000 would fit properly on my beta steering column? I've been trying to find a lancia hub that would allow the fitment of a MOMO wheel. The only hub I've found is for a fiat; can this work?
Also, does anyone have a final drive ratio from a VX 5sp transmission? My rpms are too high for my liking on the highway. I've been informed that a VX final drive ratio would solve my problem.
Thanks

I think that the beta hub is different , try omicron in the UK for one. the easiest option to change the ratios would be to buy a complete vx 'box but of course shipping to the USA would be expensive

Hello,
The Series 1 Deltas have exactly the same steering wheel fitting. Several FIATs and Lancias have the same spline (eg Flavia) but the connection for the horn varies a lot. If you know what you are doing you could use a coiled cable to make the horn work.

The Beta steering hub is unique due to the horn slip ring. Try NARDI USA in florida . they sell both the NARDI hub #1630, and the JET hub that is drilled for both NARDI and MOMO.

Thanks for the info. I'll try to give Nardi a call.
