Lancia Motor Club Forum - photos

I have in the past occasionally refered people to topics on the LMC site that I thought might be helpful. Ed Levin today pointed out to me that non-members cannot actually see the the photos or attachments - not very helpful that :red face:

However, a quick word with admin has sorted that and hopefully all is now revealed.

The veil has been lifted--the photos are indeed accessible now. Many thanks for getting that sorted.

well at least that's a positive move on their part I do find it crazy that they restrict their forum to members only though it will never encourage people back into membership when we can live here or on viva-lancia.com instead

There are many who have been making similar points over the last few years. As ever with small clubs with an established hierachy it takes time to effect a change in attitude, and maybe even longer for that to manifest itself to the watching public - but there are certainly some of us who are prepared to try.

Meanwhile as you say, we can enjoy the other excellent site available - the facilities now available are so good that the obvious question asked is "do you need to be a member of a club anymore?".

I was a member for 23 years up to the end of 2006 they talk about surveys within the membership about how to take the club forward but they never talk or contact with people that have left, the whole thing is going to die if they are not careful. Bit of a shame really
