There are still some modifications but will be ok.
Shock absorbers are short and hard-filled.

Wow, that looks like a twin cam X1/9 motor. I wonder if the head would fit the 1500 we have over here. If it does you would have a money maker supplying the X heads over here with that head.

Hi, I don't think I've posted here before. I am Johnny48, born in __48 in NY, NY ... you have to guess the century;)
I've lived both in Germany & in the USA simultaneously for over 35 years, maintaining US Military connections in Europe; both business & private. It is those connections that have kept me here for so long.

I'm posting here today for 2 reasons.

Numero Uno - In caso anyone cares: I no longer have any P'rsch' 911/912; which...after owning / driving / selling / buying these wonderful & silly cars ... for 35+ yrs; I've reduced my fun-fleet of wonderful & (still) silly cars to only Lancia ... none of which I intend to sell any time soon.

ok, also 1 mini french silly rare car as well.

At the best of (Porsche) times they filled a (dry) barn various 912 / 911(s) & other interesting hand-hewn Works of Automotive Art; incl. a bevy of Lancia ... that I maybe should have kept.

Numero 2: I will post here, from time to time, about a Lancia Event scheduled for April 2010 in Stuttgart...with visits to interesting Auto-Museums & other cultural activities.

Should anyone fancy a few days in Germany, start pre-planning a vacation soon. More to follow
