I have spoken with Shawn about these and was this > < close to buying the whole lot.
If someone is interested in these I am interested in a few of the parts if that helps offset some of the cost. I have a truck and trailer and can help with the moving, etc. if you are headed back in this direction (Chicago).

<edit> I have a windshield which is one of the items needed to bring one of these back. Willing to sell/barter etc.

I would love to take the lot, but getting it to Australia would take more than a trailer.
If someone does manage to take this consignment, can they please let me know if they are willing to part with the cover plate and rubber boot that fixes to the end of the transmission tunnel at the firewall?
One of the photos shows a collection of parts on the ground next to a blue bucket and includes this part.
Many thanks,
Vinnie

Hum, well, I'm only about three hours drive away, been there, seen the cars and such, would love to have the Flaminias and almost bought them about 6 years ago but life was in the way, would do the Scorpions too, but alas, un-employeed wife and bad spine has made my pockets empty............so I can not jump on these, <cry>, much as I would love to have them, especially the Flaminias! I love being different! LOL, they are rough, but very restorable all the same........(I would come out of Lancia retirement for those!), maybe I'll get lucky and Verizon will get the wife's case settled here quickly and I could go get some of it, here's hoping for quicker union/arbitrator action! she will get her job back acording to the union rep, plus settelment, just dont' know when it will finally get thru all the channels.......we are hoping this sale of Verizon to Frontier happening here now will speed up the process since they have to have all grevences settled prior to completing the sale, last time Verizon tried this with my wife it took two years to get her job back and the settelment money, it will be a year next month but we are now at the "waiting on an arbitrator" point, who knows how long that will take?????......<sigh>, always a day late or dollar short! story of most of our life's! LOL
