Lancia Door Handle

Please see the attached photos. Does anyone know to which model Lancia this door handle fits on? I believe it may be for a Beta HPE, but this is just a wild guess. What is the casting date showing? Mfg date is September of '73, '78, or..? This is yet another "odd lot" item I found sitting around. Thanks in advance!

Your guess is half right. Your handle is for a Beta, but a berlina, not an HPE; HPEs had the same door handles as the Coupé.
