Tried to reply the other day but ran into log in problems, kept getting kicked out, so
I went and rebuilt the garage to re-install and re-inforce the falling off back wall and entry door as well as get it anchored to the house, re-inforce the overhead door opening so it quit breathing in the wind and wont blow in again and built missing roof rafters so the roof will support more than the shingles.......this place is Soooo riddled with the "alcoholic and his 5 drunken buddies" construction methods it has been keeping me busy! LOL

My garage is now extreemly strong front to back, side to side and X braced to hell and back, so it should withstand the weather now, plus, in the process I got it insulated extreemly well too, so cold weather work won't be so miserable now! ha ha, that was my B-Day present to myself <grin>
