hi to all,
recently i have noticed the temp gauge jumping up as soon as i approach a hill or similar stress. last time when i finally reached my destination i noticed the gauge on max. it wasnt on max for a long time so hopefully i didn't damage the engine. steam coming from the water tank so i kept the engine running for a while (i noticed the radiator fans working). I often check both water and oil levels in the engine. as a precaution i started using the more expensive (eurodiesel) instead of the regular (D2) fuel. Also, this problem started recently.. because last summer i remember going up a long mountain road, extremely overloaded and with 4 passengers, and temp levels barely exceeded 60%.
right now its at the mechanic, since i plan to take a long trip during summer. but, even the mech cant find the reason why it overheats. If anyone has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate their response.
Thanks
