A dip in the road today broke off my rear muffler, or at least most of the way. I did the rest. My car has a header and straight pipe back to that muffler, so it was a loud drive home. I'm in the middle of other projects on this, and I'm wondering if anyone might have a rear muffler in the spares pile that you are not using, and that would, here it comes... be available for little money or trade. Eventually I'll do an exhaust, but it's not even on the first page of my list; until now that is.
Just casting about to see if a stop-gap solution is available.
Thanks!

If you can get in touch with Bob Goldberg, he found a replacemnt a few years back that costs $50 new. I don't have his email addy, I think it might have been goldtown@hotmail.com somebody else might know it for sure.

Thanks for the help guys! The used on ebay looks exactly like the one my car just expelled. The listing says it fits 79-on. Any reason it wouldn't work on my 78?
Thanks!

As far as I know, the rear muffler on Coupes and Zagatos are the same for all years.

You could just drive down to your local Mom-Pop muffler shop and have a similar unit installed for probably about $50 or $60, there is no need what so ever to hunt down and pay so much for an actual Lancia unit. I have NEVER replaced a Lancia exhaust with an exact, there are thousands of aftermarket units available that are nearly identical for cheap.
The last rear section I did little over a year ago at our local mom-pop shop cost me $65 for pipes, muffler, hangers and labor and it took them less than 45 min from time I arrived to time I left
