Scorpion outer tie rod ends are definitely shorter than X19 although shortened they may work if the thread size/pitch is the same.
Someone also thought that 128 ends would go right on.
Does anyone know by experience another source for ends that will work?
Thanks!

Madd Matt @ Midwest X 1/9 has them. S1 & S2s are different
lengths as TMH attests to. If you can only source the longer
ones they can be shortened. Shortened by measuring carefully
& using a plumber's pipe [tubing] cutter. The ones you turn
around a pipe to cut. The steel is very soft, take it slowly,
makes a very nice clean cut. Vastly better than sawing.

Thanks for the suggestion!
Matt was great! I emailed him a couple photos of the tie rod ends along with the thread specs (in this case it was 14 x 1.5) and he found what we think is a direct fit. The pieces are on the way and should be here in the next day or two. The prices were VERY reasonable too.
He has a small qty of these tie rods in stock if any of you need them!
Thanks again for the suggestion and thanks to Matt for taking the time to help!!!
Service above and beyond!

After supplying Scorpion parts for almost 24 years, I am very glad to see Matt pick up the torch and run with it. I've spoken with him several times and he bought my remaining X1/9 inventory to keep it in circulation. Definitely a "stand up" guy. Support these type of vendors who are going out on a limb for you.
