Dual Webers

Here's the installation of my dual Webers with Alquati runners and airbox. Anyone have any ideas what the two short pipes or the small "speaker" grills are for? They don't seem to have any obvious function.

That's one of those funky boxes. Wasn't it Faza that sold those?

The 2 small hose connectors should have a hose run between them. It was to provide better air flow to the other side past the distributor cutout restriction.

I've no idea what the grilles are for. Do they just go straight into the box? They look like a custom owner modification to me.

Thanks. Actually, I don't know. They came from a guy in Norway who had the whole set up (box, carbs, runners, fittings). I'm getting some black acorn nuts to replace the poor looking nuts on the posts.

Wasn't exactly a plug an play modification but the engien seems to run great.
