Having achieved a good result with the wiring on my S3 Fulvia decided to add a system for extra lighting on my S2 Coupe.
Previous owner had added in a feed wire via relay, off the positive terminal, for the 4 headlight conversion he did. Have left that in place at the moment but extended it to join in with my new arrangement.
Consists of a Lucas 4FJ 35amp fusebox to Ripaults combined fuse/relay connectors mounted inside the battery area.
Gives me 5 relays plus 9 fuses to play with. Have 'designed' in flexibility that I only need to disconnect the twin feeds off the +ve terminal plus 2 connectors plus the seperate earth lead and the bodywork around the battery can be removed with all electrics intact.

For my 'Project' Monte plan to use MTA fuse and relay boxes mounted near the existing relay set-up. Similar to DJ's arrangement on his Megasquirt layout but in a different location.
