Wow, those are some pretty major repairs. It's a shame these cars tend to be so unloved in the US, those level of repairs would typically never happen, the car would end up parted out :(
What's the grayish/light blue stuff... Brush-on primer?

Hi there
Over the years I was away from UK working in the Middle & Far East I had accumulated a collection of panels from TMH. As you can see most finished up being needed!! Fit of some of them were not a direct 'straight in' which has added to time taken.
The grey material is a primer until all works are done. Trying to save the original front wings although I do have a replacement near side [UK style] if needed.
It is going to be expensive to do but decided I would proceed with it.
More to come as we progress!;)

Tom, what method are you using to secure the panels? Are you spot welding? Bonding? Combination of both?

All panels are being welded.
My skills are not that great and I am using a local restoration guy Phoenix Restoration to do the work.
As he handles Aston Martin, Rolls and Jaguar I knew the experience was there. He came recommended by a Consortium member.
The arrangement we have is that once bodywork is all back together I will have space at his works to continue on with other activities on the car.
As it is fairly close to my home, about 20 minutes drive, location is very handy.
Obviously though all this comes at a price!!

Have just added some more pictures, to the gallery, of work undertaken to the 'Project' during the Summer months by Phoenix Restorations.
Sadly, Lancia-wise, the summer has not been very fruitful, but at least there is a little progress.

Hi Tom,
Long time no speak - where have you been hiding?? Looks like major resto work being undertaken there - will certainly give you a solid shell in the end. Look forward to the next update.
Cheers!
