Looks like my water pump has started leaking, I think it's leaking out the pulley-shaft end -- anyone have a known-good replacement pump you'd be willing to sell me?

Oh now David, if this 47 yr old crip can get through a water pump change on a Beta, a 37 yr old healthy guy will have no problems, even though oit is still a "B"! LOL.......
I recomend spending the 50 bucks for new, Like David says, jobs too difficult to "have" to be back there in a few months, if you had it for sale, a tossed in and kicked down the road freebee used would be ok I guess, but not if you plan on driving it for a while
Last pump I bought new was about 7 or more years ago and ran $41 at IAP.....or was it Bruces Parts Bin??????, I have purchased pumps from both so I really can't remember who I bought the last one from.......just remember the price was much less than what I thought it would be

Beta Boyz also has them in the 30 to 50 range. Helps if you're a member of the Consortium. May also be able to get it from Bayless. Some of the other usual suspects have dwinding supplies.
Dave
PS I wouldn't put a used one, even if you are selling the car. That's just not fair. It's a regular wear part and a critical component. This job should be done ONCE when necessary. Not several times to save $20 and spend extra hours.
