This was posted today on Mirafiori.

I told him I'd post it here but if someone doesn't grab it soon I'll take it to keep in my stash for possible future needs.

Zagato Gas Tank

Can anyone make use of a rust free dry gastank from an injected Zagato?

The tank has been dry and in my cellar for a decade of so.

Free for the cost of shipping.

Let me know, or it will stay in my basement for ever because I can't seem to
throw anything away.

Anybody know if Zagatos & Coupes had different tanks? Just curious.

I'm pretty sure they're identical.

Yes, Zag and Coupe take same tank.

I know a few folks that need one if you don't want it David

Would this need cleaning out &/or coating inside?

I've been fighting the modern gas with small ethanol percentage lately on some of my cars. Seems to pick up crud and cause rough running if that's an issue at all with the fuel system. I had the tank in my Zag boiled out (but not coated) and I'm still having some trouble. It's not terribly rusty, east coast, and they don't salt the roads here. The HPE I had tank completely redone & sealed, so that's good. Don't really want to spend 400 bucks on the Zag right now, if I don't have to.

Is this tank still available? and what would shipping cost to 97071?

Thanks,
Dave

No, it was clean but it's noted on the Mira site as "Been snagged"
