I've replaced one of mine with a Hella for 39.35 euro (USA version spider).

You could order from < www.rallylights.com > but that's across
the pond. Shipping costs?

Kinda looks like he already is across the pond by the car's right hand drive and that license plate. :)

Beta quad headlamps are generally whatever quad 5-3/4" round generic spec was the legal standard in the market where the car was sold. One might quibble over manufacturer, i.e. whether to find ones from at least the OEM brand vs. what other brand might perform better vs. whatever is easy to get, but any generic 5-3/4"s from your home market should at least fit and work.

Myself, I've got one side of a late BMW E30-series headlamp set (with the ellipsoid-lens projector low beams) sitting on the bench right now, waiting for me to find a way to retrofit them to my Beta Zagato (spider). I got this set cheap on eBay; as soon as I figure out how to make them fit and work, I'll scratch up a set for the other side.

You might inquire with Lancia Service Cape Town (http://www.lancia.co.za/) or The Cape Lancia Club (http://www.lancia.za.org/spares.htm) (which latter seems akin in some regards to Beta Boyz of the UK -- consolidating spares, having bushes and repro parts made, etc.).

Like Tye said, they are just standard headlamps, no special nothing. I had Sylvania brand hologens in mine till I stuck the set of Bosch H4's in, they shed a tad more light, but not a huge bunch, they are actually illeagle for me to run here in the US as they have a left hand dip on the beam for the right hand drive cars, (they direct the light beam off to the left of the car lighting the middle of the road here in the US rather than the ditch to my right like the are supposed to), <snicker, catch me if you can copper! LOL> but I am not too concerned about getting any ticket for using them, I don't think our law enforcemt folks around here would ever notice, so far, I have been correct.......so far anyway! ha ha ha. You should be able to by replacement lamps at any of your auto parts stores.

If you honestly can not find them, and I really think you can, I will consider selling you my H4 set as I like the look of the original sealed beam lamps and have been considering swapping them back out. They ARE leagle in South Africa! <grin>
