Fronts are great, look to have been done recently, pads are full and thick and the retainer springs are still shiney.

On to the back, driver side pads had about 1/4 inch left on them and were siezed up in carrier. Pulled it apart, cleaned up the carrier and put a small dab of lube where the pads run in it. Wheel turned freely (with perhaps a bit more resistance than I expected from the driveline, will have to check back on that when the brakes are right) Passenger side....ummmm...well...the metal backing plates for the pads were kinda still there, piston frozen in its bore, rotor trashed....methinks we found the problem. So, new rear calipers, disks and pads and we should be back in business....crossing fingers....off to find someone to sell me some parts...

God to hear your getting things sorted.
Like Craig said, make sure you get SCORPION rear calipers so that you match. My self I run the X1/9 / 124 rear calipers and haven't had a problem with front lockup or any problems at all but that's me and you might find a problem with it. I would measure the pistion size to see which calipers you have. When I got my Scorp I had a 124 and a Scorp caliper on the rear and to make things easyer I just went the 124 caliper route.
But if you can get the Scorpion calipers.
